We install Terminal Services, which allows you to log on to your office computer from any computer outside the office. This means that from your home computer, you can literally access all of the information stored to your office computer.
Also with a properly programmed Blackberry, you will receive emails in real time, have access to all phone numbers and addresses stored in your Outlook as well as have the ability to view and alter your calendar. Oh yes, it is possible to be this organized and on the go. If you change or add a contact or calendar item on your Blackberry, your Outlook at work will be updated automatically as well.

Every document that has ever existed in your company will be stored should you need to access it. As an added bonus, the CYTEXONE server saves all versions of documents that are modified. This way, in case some one edits a document incorrectly, you can always find the original.
