The Processor
I deal with a lot of paperwork. I can think of many workdays where I spend the majority of my time labeling files, making copies, scanning, and organizing stacks and stacks of documents. I have to say the CYTEXONE system really freed up my time. I receive all of my faxes on my computer now and store them there. I also barely make copies anymore (thank goodness!) since my co-workers have access to my files from their own desks. All I have to do now is make sure I save everything in the right location. Now that I don’t have to shuffle papers I can really tackle my “to-do” list. And I have so much more desk space.

Executive Assistant
To be honest, I run this office. I intercept all communication for my boss and am in complete control of scheduling her meetings and appointments. On any given day I set and cancel dozens of meetings. I am also responsible for keeping track of all of her contacts. Things can get pretty chaotic around the office and tasks and calls need to be taken care of quicker than immediately. Now that CYTEXONE came in and set up our Outlook and Blackberries, the chaos has been cut in half. When my boss sets a new appointment or has to cancel one, I can do it for her and it appears correctly on her Blackberry instantly. I can update her contacts all day from my desk and they are automatically updated on her Outlook and Blackberry. She doesn’t have to call me to get numbers, or ask about appointments anymore cause it is all just there. I have to say since we hired CYTEXONE, things around here have been running a lot smoother.

TV Production Specialist
This business is totally crazy and always on the move. When we do a shoot, I have to make sure everything we need in order to run smoothly is available on location. I can barely even list all the ways that CYTEXONE made my job easier. For one, my office phone travels with me everywhere I go. Yes, I mean EVERYWHERE. The production studio can dial my extension and reach me no matter where I am. Also, with my laptop on location I still have access to all of our folders from the office. This saves me so much hassle when I need something simple like the number of the drycleaner we used last time in Nantucket. I used to have to print out these exhaustive lists of contact numbers for everyone in the crew. Then I would have to make sure that everyone had a copy. Of course everyone lost their contact list daily. So I would have to make even more. I have to say this was one of the most annoying aspects of my job. Now the contacts travel with us wirelessly. I have everything I need. When I print out call sheets, the imaging station is awesome. Things are just way faster and way easier now.
