With those two goals in mind, we’ve come up with CYTEXONE Support-- giving users the option of System Monitoring and Remote Access. These two options are the ultimate best, quickest, and easiest ways to fix problems either before they happen, before you notice them, or very soon after they become an inconvenience.

First things first, all CYTEXONE users will have a “support” box on their desktop as wallpaper. In here, all help options are displayed. Here is what it looks like:

For a simple question or concern, why not send CYTEXONE an email? Your question will be directed to a tech, who will respond quickly with an answer.

CALL on the phone:

If you prefer to speak to a live person, give us a call. We can discuss the problem and the next step that should be taken for a solution.

Give us REMOTE Access:

Choose a tech from your desktop and give him or her access to your machine. Sit back and relax while we get to the root of the problem, and get things running again.

Fill out a form on the WEB:

There is a very specific form on the web that will assign your concern with a case number, and put it in a queue to be addressed by the appropriate person as soon as possible.
