"When I started my first business things were a lot simpler.  I only had one place to be each day since my office was pretty much myself and a few other employees.  Well now I have four companies and a few of those companies have more than one branch office.  I am a hands-on kind of guy and I like to be present in my offices to make sure all the work is getting done, and to foster a relationship with my employees.  Without my ThinkPad all the moving around I do would be a total nightmare.  Sure this laptop has a long battery life, is durable, and is completely safe; but there is more to it than that.  CYTEXONE set up my ThinkPad so that I am constantly in synch with my office.  Working in any office, I have access to everything I need including my schedule, my contacts, all my files, and even my employees calendars.  When my assistant adds an appointment to my calendar, it is updated in real time on my personal laptop.  I seriously cannot believe how easy it is to work wherever I may be that day.  The ThinkPad is all I need to carry with me in order to continue to work efficiently, no matter what branch office I happen to be in that day."

"As you can imagine, being in sales requires me to be constantly on the go.  I mean, that is why I took the job in the first place—so I didn’t have to be chained to my desk.  One thing that can get annoying though is carting everything I need around with me.  Sometimes I felt like I needed a giant suitcase to make sure I had everything I might need.  Well now that my company uses CYTEXONE, I get fewer back-aches!  I used to cart around files, folders, a bulky laptop, and a PDA that I would often forget to dock and update.  Now all I have is a ThinkPad and a Blackberry.  These two products are amazing!  Not only are they totally lightweight, but they are also wirelessly updated in real time all the time.  Who needs folders?  I have all of the documents and contracts and contacts that I need from my network in the office—which I can easily access from my ThinkPad, no matter where I am.  Also, it is so great not to have to wait till I get back in the office to update any new information I entered into my palm.  In fact, I have very little reason to be in the office at all unless we are having a meeting to discuss all the sales I made that week.  And I have to admit, I look far more professional now with a simple laptop case, and I think people respond better to me than they ever did when I lugged in a bunch of files and all of my other outdated equipment."
