Does the Imaging Station come completely filled with all of the products available?
This is up to you. Like all of CYTEXONE’s products, your Imaging Station will be totally customized to meet your individual needs. You may need the station packed to the gills, or you just may need the basics, all organized. We will assess what you need and build it for you.

How many employees will have access to the Imaging Station?
CYTEXONE will network all the users you require to have direct access to the Imaging Station. Many of the components do not require networking, and are usable directly from the station.

What about printing mistakes?
Stamps.com recognizes that there are occasions in which your postage may not print as intended or you decide not to use the postage that you printed. In these situations, you can simply reprint the same item right away or easily apply for a refund for misprinted or unused postage.

How long I can expect my Label Maker to last?
The Label maker is designed to print 2 million inches of thermal labels, which equals more than 500,000 Standard Address labels. Of course, very few people print anywhere near that many. If you were to print 20 labels a day, each day of the year, it would still take you more than 68 years.

Why are white lines running through the printed labels?
- Due to heavy use, parts of the printhead may get dirty and need cleaning. Clean the printhead with the special brush delivered together with the LabelMaker, or a cotton swab and a soft solvent (e.g. alcohol).
- The tape cassette may be faulty. Please replace it and try again.

What are the advantages to using Address Fixer?
Your mail will look better and more professional with a more uniformed style containing the bar code (added through the Label Software). Also, because it adds the full 9-digit ZIP +4 ZIP code, the mail sorting procedure is more mechanized.

We also suggest you download the free PDF of Chapter One of the Photoshop CS for Windows and Macintosh: Visual QuickStart Guide. This chapter covers the basics, has notes and graphics of all the menus, a detailed explanation of the toolbox and the palettes, and also includes a mini-glossary. Study this chapter and you'll be well on your way to mastering this amazing program.

I've heard that it was possible to burn 90min CD-Rs. How can I do that?
Your CD Writer should support this type of CDR and must have the overburning feature.

How many times can I write on a CD-RW disk before it becomes useless?
We cannot give you the specific number since it depends on many things like: manufacturer of the CD-RW, max and min allowable writable speeds, how old the disk is, etc. The number may vary from 100 to 1000 times.

My antivirus/anti-trojan software reports a trojan/keylogger/virus in DeepBurner files. Is it true?
Of course it's not true. DeepBurner doesn't contain any spyware, adware or any other malicious programs embedded. Please contact the producer of your antivirus software and let them know about the false positive alarm.
