"CYTEXONE has been my IT company for the last 5 years –one of their main assets that I partially like is pushing the (technology) envelope to the limit, and then some more.

1. Mobility  - I have the CYTEXONE server in my main office, and I access all of my files, email, and programs both in the office and in the field.  I am constantly up-to-date with all my information where ever I am, and no matter where I am, I get instant support from CYTEXONE. I receive all of my faxes, and voicemail messages in my outlook inbox, and I can send faxes from where ever I am through my laptop.

2. VPN  - I have secure access from where ever I am, which is nice piece of mind.  I can also access all of my project management programs from where ever I am, and constantly know where my teams are supposed to be - when they are lagging, and when they are ahead of schedule.  I do all of this from my car as well.

3. Camera  - I had CYTEXONE setup video cameras on my job sites so I can see the progress of the work being done by my crews from no matter where I am.  The progress is then recorded on my CYTEXONE server in the main office so I can review and send updates to people as necessary. 

4. VoIP  - My telephone system is as mobile as I am.  Since I am always on the go, I can take my main telephone number, plug it in to an internet connection, and my clients do not know whether I am in the main office, or located on a job site.  I am always reachable for calls and new sales calls which I like as well. 

5. Blackberry  - my blackberry is the best thing since sliced bread.  I always stay in touch with all my clients, and I can update them and ask questions.  I also have access to all my contacts on my blackberry - and it syncs with my Outlook.  My business partners have access to my calendar and contacts as necessary as well.  I can give them as little or as much access to the information that I desire.  CYTEXONE helps me with this when I call and ask them to make changes. 

Cytexone is good, however do not expect miracles. The IT solutions they provide are as good as the people who operate them. The systems they build are stable, nevertheless it requires (in my experience) about a week to mainstream all the upgrades and adjustments."

"Stop your looking and just hire CYTEXONE. I have been through many IT companies and would not recommend any others.

Since my switch my systems have never worked better & have never been down. You will not find another company that is always available when you need them, but these guys are and they know their stuff. For example: I needed access to all faxes coming into the office whether I am in or out, they set up on my system a program that converts all incoming faxes to pdf’s & they are automatically emailed to anyone I wish.
