Exteriors, lobby, exercise room, elevators, decks, parking – all public areas are environments that reflect the style and craft of your building. Having each area programmed for proper ambiance during the day is not only attractive, it saves energy. Smart energy management of all electrical system pay for themselves by matching the desired room conditions with the time of day and usage patterns. Shade control saves energy and protects interiors from sun-fading. There’s no need to run from room to room to set lights, it’s done for you. Our systems control energy efficiency, heating, cooling, humidity, lighting, shades, pool, spa, fireplaces, elevators and irrigation. All systems can be managed on-site or via a remotely located management service. E-mail notifications are sent whenever pre-determined levels are exceeded.
Control your security
All entryways, from gates, garage and passage doors, are under the control of management and residents. Keyfob, fingerprint or facial recognition allows proper passage or residents. When a visitor is detected at an entryway, a camera captures their presence and displays it on the proper apartment’s touchpanel or resident’s smartphone. They then grant or deny access via smart door locks. Our systems can have different lock codes and send a text message or e-mail when specific members of a residence enter, or temporary codes for infrequent visitors. Indoor and outdoor cameras monitor public areas and feed a network digital recorder for archiving. Safety systems help protect the building and are monitored around the clock. Sensors constantly scan boiler, furnace, water, temperature, fuel and electricity and alert the proper personnel if service is needed. Backup generators are monitored as well to ensure their readiness if the power goes out.

The Integrated Solution
CytexOne MDU systems are fully integrated from the building up through each apartment. During construction, we install our patented NID (network interface device) Plates in each apartment. These pre-configured smart interfaces allow all the technology desired in each apartment, plus expansion capabilities allowing residents virtually unlimited access to the latest technological advances. Each apartment communicates with all building systems providing a seamless living environment for all.

CytexOne systems run on our patented Atlas platform that gives us the ability to monitor and maintain your system, day and night, whenever you need us most. We perform regular maintenance, software and firmware updates, and reprogramming. With Atlas, we detect, diagnose and fix issues before they become problems – and without you even knowing there was anything amiss.
