Guests can receive advanced special requests such as having the temperature, lighting, and bath set to desired conditions or specific music playing when they arrive. CytexOne systems allows you to do this for your guest, or let the guests easily program it themselves�without needing any instructions.

Energy for all
Our systems give you complete control system for your HVAC and lighting and shade systems. You can put your rooms into a �vacant� mode when guests leave, saving both energy and money. It also allows guests to determine how green their stay will be by programming the in-room remote to dim the lights or control the temperature to save energy. Exteriors, lobby, exercise room, elevators, decks, parking � all public areas are environments that reflect the style and craft of your building. Having each area programmed for proper ambiance during the day is not only attractive, it saves energy.

Control your security
All entryways, from gates, garage and passage doors, are under the control of management and guests. Keycard, fingerprint or facial recognition allows proper passage or residents. When a visitor is detected at an entryway, a camera captures their presence and displays it on the proper guests touchpanel or even their pre-selected smartphone. They then grant or deny access via smart door locks. Indoor and outdoor cameras monitor public areas and feed a network digital recorder for archiving. Safety systems help protect the building and are monitored around the clock. Sensors constantly scan boiler, furnace, water, temperature, fuel and electricity and alert the proper personnel if service is needed. Backup generators are monitored as well to ensure their readiness if the power goes out.

The Integrated Solution
CytexOne Hospitality systems are fully integrated from the building up through each apartment. During construction, we install our patented NID (network interface device) Plates in each room. These pre-configured smart interfaces allow all the technology desired in each room, plus expansion capabilities for the latest technological advances. Each room communicates with all building systems providing a seamless living environment for all.

Monitored 24/7
CytexOne systems run on our patented Atlas platform that gives us the ability to monitor and maintain your system functions, day and night, whenever you need us most. We perform regular maintenance, software and firmware updates, and reprogramming. With Atlas, we detect, diagnose and fix issues before they become problems � and without you even knowing there was anything amiss.
