Energy for all
Green/LEED certified buildings are now required on many projects. CytexOne is uniquely positioned to deliver cutting edge LEED features at all levels of certification. Our projects can include: building skins with combined technologies that maximize energy savings and interior light; raised floors containing HVAC, power, phone and data; energy conservation systems including solar, wind, under-floor air, heat recovery, and motion detector sensors; light harvesting elements, such as clerestory windows and solar shades; and individual temperature and lighting zones and controls. Systems operate via automated programs for simplicity.

Control your security
All entryways, from gates, garage and passage doors, are under the control of management and guests. Keycard, fingerprint or facial recognition allows proper passage or residents. When a visitor is detected at an entryway, a camera captures their presence and displays it on the proper guests touchpanel or even their pre-selected smartphone. They then grant or deny access via smart door locks. Indoor and outdoor cameras monitor public areas and feed a network digital recorder for archiving. Safety systems help protect the building and are monitored around the clock. Sensors constantly scan boiler, furnace, water, temperature, fuel and electricity and alert the proper personnel if service is needed. Backup generators are monitored as well to ensure their readiness if the power goes out.
