CYTEXONE provides advanced technology solutions to the commercial, residential, and hospitality markets. Since 2001 we have designed, built, and installed an extensive amount of IP network based systems. Our vast experience with networking as well as the software overlaying these networks has enabled us to partner with many industry leaders such as Microsoft, Apple, VMware, Watchguard, IBM, Foundry, RIM, Control4, and many others. Our staff manages and maintains systems for over 200 users around the globe.

From the very beginning, CYTEXONE chose to invest in advanced computer technology to automate workflow & processes. We have specialized software managing every aspect of the company - ranging from sales, design, management, installation, service requests, and monitoring. That initial and ongoing investment in our infrastructure gives us the capability of offering services that consistently exceed the expectations of our clients. Service requests are logged and tracked through our web portal or email, with available response times under one hour 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

CYTEXONE builds most systems on a virtualized platform, providing significantly higher uptimes and extremely dynamic management. Our focus on planning and network deployed programming allows us to install large systems without the need for huge labor teams. Every system is designed with redundancy in mind, ensuring maximum performance and extremely high uptimes (most systems as high as 100%). We can manage thousands of systems from a single location with our exclusive monitoring solutions. The end result is scheduled on-site maintenance and practically nonexistent service truck rolls - saving our client.s time and money.
